Luxury Property Films is a London-based property film studio. This page explains what personal information we hold, why we hold it, and the rights you have over it.

Overview

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, browser fingerprinting, advertising networks, or third-party analytics on this website. When you visit luxurypropertyfilms.com we receive only the standard request logs that our hosting provider records in order to keep the site secure and online.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company or agency, property location, and your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a quote or brief.

Legal basis & purpose

We process enquiry information under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract — and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to and following up on a business enquiry. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Third parties

Form submissions are relayed to our inbox by Formsubmit.co, and the website is hosted on the Cloudflare global network. Both process only the minimum data required to deliver and secure the message. We never sell, rent, or share your information with marketers, brokers, or data aggregators.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept only for as long as needed to respond and, if a project goes ahead, to deliver the work and handle any follow-up. If a project does not proceed, we delete enquiry correspondence on request or after a reasonable period.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@luxurypropertyfilms.com and we will respond within one month.
